This was the last year the Sportster was built in Milwaukee. It's a high-quality restoration. There are 12,901 actual miles on this bike. I purchased this bike in Cleveland, Ohio in 1985 with 10,500 miles on it. I've invested over $10,000 in this build and have all documentation and receipts for parts and services. It's a bare-frame restoration with a top end motor rebuild. Cylinders are 1000cc bored 0.020 over with H-D 9.1 pistons.

It has a new Bendix adjustable main carb and a Crane dual-fire Fireball ignition. It sports a king tank, but I have the original tank as well. It has a Mustang seat, but I have the original seat too. I also have the original chain guard. The front forks are extended 4 inches, with a stock rake. The rear wheel and drum brake are chrome held by 14.5" CCI chrome shock absorbers. It has a new front rim and spokes plus a chrome drum. I put on new forward controls.
